Concept AW tested all the criteria’s of ‘Modern Living’ while keeping within the building regulations and the existing building constraints. This project although small in stature was big in aspirations, reveals a 2 room loft with open plan living. Both bathroom and bedroom are intelligently incognito, allowing for the kitchen and living room to be the prominent living space taking advantage of the natural daylight and amazing view over the river Iro.

At night the transformation choreography commences with the hidden Murphy double bed extending seamlessly from the storage wall of full height unit located behind the living room. The Bathroom is aptly positioned behind the kitchen, clustering services and wet areas together, but access through hidden sliding door. On entering you encounter a considerate modern equipped bathroom with walk-in shower, full height mirrors and a wall of full height storage units.
