Concept AW again were appointed to convert an existing office into a modern, open plan, one bed apartment in Chiclana town centre. We took once again advantage of the ample natural daylight and unobstructed views overlooking the river Iro.

​Our Clients passion was for white on white, clean and crisp, with a flair for traditional timber aesthetic. We worked carefully with them to find a harmony of both choices which naturally brought a well balanced aesthetic throughout the apartment.

​The modern open plan living room and kitchen availed of the best views and natural daylight with the bedroom naturally finding its location to the rear of the apartment with a street facing window with natural daylight and ventilation.

​The generously sized bathroom with large walk in shower is located centrally against the existing office service riser. To overcome the initial problem with daylight and ventilation, the introduction of frosted glazing between the bedroom and bathroom and hallway allows for the natural daylight to flood through the bathroom into the centre of the floor plan. Ventilation is catered for with intelligently located bulkheads with extract ducting existing to the front facade.
