We are appointed for the Execution Project and Construction Management of this beautiful luxury villa located in the vicinity of the La Loma del Puerco golf course.

We work hand in hand with the client so that the volumetry and certain aesthetic details fit our client’s aspirations.

The house has an open plan distribution, which is turned to the rear area and the golf course, in a terraced area which is difficult to distinguish which areas of the house are interior and which areas are part of the exterior.

The rooms are mostly located on the top floor, with large windows that frame the hills of the golf course.
