The house is inserted in a plot with a slight downward slope towards the golf course, standing at the back where the beautiful views of the green hills of the field stand out. Special care is taken in the conservation of the existing vegetation, mostly olive trees.
While the night area is concentrated in the tablet aligned to the South boundary, the living area runs the width of the plot, capturing the southeast orientation and the views of the sunrise over the hills of the golf course.
The access core to the house is the central piece that articulates the other two volumes and provides a focal point at the entrance to the house, through the fixed glazing towards the backyard.
The introduction of horizontal bands provide homogeneity and aesthetically link the pergola area with the rest of the volumetry on the first floor.
