Concept AW was hired to assist a leading Architectural firm in London in developing feasibility studies for a private Client whom was considering redevelopment of 3 of their site across the UK. Due to the sensitive nature of the feasibility study, the Client and Architectural firms will remain undisclosed.

Concept AW task was to investigate local planning legislations, and site conditions of all 3 sites and determine the possible future development that could take place within the local and regional planning legislations and site constraints. Additional we were tasked with the development of massing and area studies to accompany the feasibility analysis. This would allow the Client and their associated team members to analysis future possible revenue and project cost of each proposed development type.
