The goal was to refurbish the buildings 8 and 9 within the Devonshire Square estate as a wide master plan rejuvenation. We focused on key elements, such as redesigning the main entrance throughout, new CAT A throughout, creating additional office space, reorganisation of the cores and new terraces at roof level, providing views across the City of London.
