We got appointed for the Technical Project and Direction of the Works of two single-family semi-detached houses, which are built on a corner plot with a very pronounced topography. The volumetry reflects this staggering, which is produced in a subtle way and the adequate distribution of the program of both houses.

This single-family home that we are dealing with is built by a metallic structure and high-performance prefabricated panels that are erected on a concrete slab on two levels.

It is worth highlighting the resolution of drainage details between both plots, the inherited difficulty of the slope of the land and the joint between the two types of constructions (housing A and B) and the shared dividing wall.
