Using the same strategy when facing the design of the renovation of a house built in the 80’s, we analyze the existing forms and propose a refined and modern reinterpretation of what already exists.

The entrance porch in disuse, becomes the entrance and part of the living room of the proposal. The same flights are maintained, part of the existing flat roof.

Inside, the kitchen is open to the living-dining room, becoming a single open space. The dining room is located within the proposal where the kitchen was previously, being connected but somewhat independent of the kitchen and living room.

Special care has been taken in a more ergonomic and modern design of the bathrooms.
