As Concept AW motto states, No project to big nor too small, Alsine sits very comfortably into the small projects category with its minor refurbishment and rear and front extensions. Again we were very lucky to have yet another Client with great practical ideas which made the design development an exciting period of the project allowing for the Planning Application to be issued within our Clients deadline.

​The rear extension of an additional bedroom along with an enlarged modernised bathroom will cater for the growing family. A light touch refurbishment to the existing sitting room will encourage natural daylight to reach far into the centre of the house floor plan. The relocation of the existing outdoor patio and BBQ house, merging to the front of the house continues the existing colonnade façade aesthetic, allowing this new space to be heart of the family gatherings during the summer months.
