‘Operation Transformation’
Concept AW were appointed to develop a design in converting a garage come storage into a family dining room, kids playroom, with WC and shower facilities, all with access to the south facing garden pool area. While maximizing natural daylight and ventilation, other careful considerations were essential along with choosing the appropriate materials, thus allowing the project to be constructed within the tight budget.
‘Humedad control’ Mark Bates and team did a great ‘crisp’ job bringing the project to the finish line ‘on time and on budget’.
This project type is a great example of utilizing boring mundane spaces to become a vibrant room to be enjoyed by the entire family.
