Breaking Ground in Los Gallos

Works have commenced on ‘Concepts AW’ comprehensive refurbishment and extension to a traditional single story villa in Los Gallos. The proposed works that recently received planning permission to extend and create 2x master bedroom with en-suites to the East facade, while the opposing West facade will too be extended to create a new open plan kitchen with adjoining garage come workshop. The interior environment will be organised to create better use of the internal spaces while allowing amble natural daylight to penetrate throughout. The icing on the cake will be the swimming pool with pumphouse and changing facilities located centrally in the very ample South facing garden. After a long wait during the difficult Covi-19 confinement, seeing the contractor breaking ground to construct the new foundations has put a well deserved smile on our Clients faces.

Abriendo camino en Los Gallos

Se han iniciado las obras de la remodelación integral ‘Concepts AW’ y la ampliación de una villa tradicional de un solo piso en Los Gallos. Las obras propuestas que recibieron recientemente el permiso de planificación para ampliar y crear 2x dormitorio principal con baño en la fachada este, mientras que la fachada oeste opuesta también se ampliará para crear una nueva cocina de planta abierta con garaje contiguo como taller. El entorno interior se organizará para crear un mejor uso de los espacios internos y, al mismo tiempo, permitir que la luz natural del día penetre en todas partes. La guinda del pastel será la piscina con caseta de bombas y vestuarios ubicados en el centro del amplio jardín orientado al sur. Después de una larga espera durante el difícil confinamiento de Covi-19, ver al contratista abriendo la tierra para construir los nuevos cimientos ha puesto una merecida sonrisa en los rostros de nuestros Clientes.
