A ‘New Look’ for Autumn
Works are proceeding at a good pace for another of Concepts AW ‘Medium Touch’ refurbishments and extensions projects at Alsine, Chiclana. Our Client was eager to renovate their dated interior aesthetic while creating both front and rear extensions, catering for an additional bedroom with ensuite, modern bathroom with walk in shower, along with an external dining and BBQ area connecting with a South facing garden pool. At present ‘Morgan Construcciones y Reformas’ are erecting the main concrete structure while repairing decades old foundation subsidence under the existing properties external walls.
